Dedicated Server Compliance with 152-FZ

Dedicated servers of all configurations comply by default with 152-FZ requirements for processing personal data of the 1st level of protection.

When hosting a project on a dedicated server, the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ regarding the data center ICT infrastructure and physical security are met. Compliance with the requirements in the Selectel area of responsibility. To process personal data, fulfill the necessary requirements at the level of your information system and issue an instruction for the processing of personal data.

Areas of responsibility

Selectel is not responsible for the operation of your information system: system and application software on servers, or information security.

Selectel complies with the requirements within its area of responsibility and ensures security:

  • at the physical level: security and fire alarm systems, access control and management systems, video surveillance, and engineering system redundancy;
  • at the level of data center information and telecommunication infrastructure.
