# Dedicated Server Compliance with 152-FZ

Dedicated servers of all [configurations](/dedicated/order/dedicated-configurations.mdx) comply by default with 152-FZ requirements for processing personal data of the 1st level of protection.

When hosting a project on a dedicated server, 152-FZ requirements for the data center information and telecommunications infrastructure and physical security are met. Compliance with requirements is in the [Selectel area of responsibility](#areas-of-responsibility). To process personal data, fulfill the necessary requirements at the level of your information system and [issue an order for the processing of personal data](#issue-personal-data-processing-order).

## Areas of responsibility \{#areas-of-responsibility}

Selectel is not responsible for the operation of your information system: system and application software on servers, or information security.

Selectel complies with the requirements within its area of responsibility and ensures security:

* at the physical level: security and fire alarm systems, access control and management systems, video surveillance, and engineering system redundancy;
* at the level of data center information and telecommunication infrastructure.
