Manage inference service API keys

Authorized access to the inference service is provided through API keys. API keys are unique for each inference service. When creating an inference service, one API key is created automatically.

You can manage API keys in the control panel:

Add an API key

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Inference Services.

  2. Open the inference service page → API Keys tab.

  3. Click Add Key.

  4. Enter an API key name. The name must meet the following requirements:

    • contain at least three characters;
    • contain only digits, Cyrillic and Latin letters in uppercase and lowercase, and the characters ., -, and _;
    • start with a letter or an underscore.

  5. Click Add.

Rename API key

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Inference Services.

  2. Open the inference service page → API Keys tab.

  3. In the menu of the API key, select Rename.

  4. Enter a new API key name. The name must meet the following requirements:

    • contain at least three characters;
    • contain only digits, Latin and Russian letters in uppercase and lowercase, and the characters ., -, and _;
    • start with a letter or an underscore.

  5. Click .

Delete API key

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Inference Services.

  2. Open the inference service page → API Keys tab.

  3. In the menu of the API key, select Delete.

  4. Enter the API key name to confirm deletion.

  5. Click Delete.
