Create a remote desktop

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click Products and select VMware-based Cloud.

  2. Go to the Virtual Desktops section.

  3. Click Create Desktops.

  4. Select an operating system.

  5. Select a configuration for the desktop.

  6. Specify the number of virtual desktops.

  7. Click Create Desktops. Once the desktops are created, we will send the connection details in a ticket via a secret:

    • username in the format VDI\d-xxxx-xxx (for each desktop);
    • password (for each desktop);
    • administrator password.

  8. Save the connection details. The secret containing the data will be deleted after seven days.
