Balance
To pay for remote desktop rental, depending on the balance type in your account, a unified balance or main balance is used. Funds are deducted from the balance every month in accordance with the payment model.
You can pay for computing resources using different types of funds: basic funds or bonuses.
Before ordering or setting up remote desktops, top up your balance.
Payment Model
Remote desktop rental is paid once a month. When the first paid period ends, the monthly payment will be activated. If you no longer need the service, you can cancel your remote desktop — it will continue to work until the end of the paid period, and then it will be deleted.
Blocking resources due to insufficient balance
If there is not enough money on the balance to pay for the next billing period, remote desktop operation is suspended.
Data on disks will be stored for seven calendar days. If no payment is received, all data will be deleted without the possibility of recovery.
To restore access, top up your balance and pay for the service. To ensure there is always enough money on your balance, you can configure balance notifications and automatic balance top-up.
