# Manage backups

## View backups \{#view-backups}

1. In the [Cyber Backup panel](https://ru01-cloud.cyberprotect.ru), go to the **Backup Storage**.
2. Select the checkbox for the required machine.
3. Click **Show backups**. You can start the recovery of files or directories or delete individual recovery points.

## Refresh storage \{#update-storage}

Refreshing the storage might be required if some backups were added or removed in the file manager.

1. In the [Cyber Backup panel](https://ru01-cloud.cyberprotect.ru), go to the **Backup Storage**.
2. In the storage row, click <SettingsIcon /> → **Refresh**.

## Delete backups \{#delete-backups}

Once backups are deleted, they cannot be restored.

Deleting individual recovery points within a backup does not free up storage space. Space is only freed when the entire archive is deleted.

1. In the [Cyber Backup panel](https://ru01-cloud.cyberprotect.ru), go to the **Backup Storage**.
2. Select the checkbox for the required machine.
3. Click **Delete**.
