# Cyber Backup Cloud product description

Cyber Backup Cloud is a product for data backup and recovery with ransomware protection from [Cyberprotect](https://cyberprotect.ru/). Cyber Backup is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software.

The solution is suitable for any physical server, workstation, or virtual machine running [supported OS](#system-requirements) Windows and Linux.

## Technical implementation \{#technical-realization}

* agent — performs protection and backup. The agent is installed on the server, workstation, or VM being protected;

* Cyber Backup panel — allows you to:

  * add devices for protection;
  * manage protection plans;
  * recover from backups;
  * monitor backup processes;
  * manage Cyber Backup panel user accounts, and more;

* S3 cloud repository — is used to store backups. All objects are stored in three copies on different servers in different racks.
