Disable or delete a user
The Account Owner and User Administrator can disable and delete users.
A control panel user can only be deleted. A service user can be disabled or deleted.
Delete user
- В control panels go to Access control → User management.
- Open the tab with the desired user type.
- On the menu. of the user press Delete.
- Enter the user's email for confirmation.
- Click Delete.
Disconnect the service user
A disabled user will not be able to log in with their credentials. You can enable a user at any time.
- В control panels go to Access control → User management.
- Open the tab Service users.
- In the user line, turn off the toggle switch.
