Disable or delete a user

The Account Owner and User Administrator can disable and delete users.

A control panel user can only be deleted. The service user can be disabled or deleted.

Delete user

  1. From Control Panel, open the menu (account number) in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.
  2. Go to User Management.
  3. Click the tab with the desired user type.
  4. From the user menu, click Delete.
  5. Enter the user's email for confirmation and click Delete.

Disable service user

A disabled user will not be able to log in with their credentials. You can enable the user at any time.

  1. From Control Panel, open the menu (account number) in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.
  2. Go to User Management.
  3. Click the Service Users tab.
  4. On the user card, turn off the toggle switch.
