Add user
The Account Owner and User Administrator can add users.
You can create a user to access the control-panel or service user for program access, see the User Types and Roles instructions for details.
If you have problems adding a user, create a ticket.
Add a control panel user
- From Control Panel, open the menu (account number) in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.
- Go to User Management.
- Click Add User.
- Select the user type Control Panel User.
- Enter the user's email.
- Select user role. To add users with the role of Account Administrator or Project Administrator, the balance of the account must have a minimum of 100 ₽.
- If you have selected the Project Administrator or Project Viewer role, check the desired projects.
- Optional: to assign another role to a user, click Add Role and select the desired role. Consider the allowed role combinations.
- Optional: check notifications categories to be sent to the user.
- Click Add User. The user will be added to the list on the Control Panel Users tab with a status of
Unactivated
. - The user will be emailed a link to sign-up-by-invitation. The account is activated after the mail is confirmed and registration is completed.
Add service user
- From Control Panel, open the menu (account number) in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.
- Go to User Management.
- Click Add User.
- Select the Service User user type.
- Enter a username. It will be used during authorization.
- Enter a password for the user or generate one. Once a user is created, you cannot view the password — you can only generate a new one. The password must be no shorter than eight characters and contain Latin letters of different cases and digits.
- Select user role. To add users with the role of Account Administrator or Project Administrator, the balance of the account must have a minimum of 100 ₽.
- If the Project Administrator, Project Supervisor, Object Store Administrator, or Object Store User role is selected, check the desired projects.
- Optional: to assign another role to a user, click Add Role and select the desired role. Consider the allowed role combinations.
- Click Add User. It will be added to the list on the Service Users tab. The account will be active immediately.
View Service User ID
- From Control Panel, open the menu (account number) in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.
- Go to User Management → Service Users tab.
- In the user line, look at the value of the UID field.
