Join the program⁠

1. Register in my.selectel.ru control panel.

2. From the control panel in the upper right corner, open the menu (account number) and select Partner Program.

3. Click Member.

4. Specify the data depending on the type of account:

   Физическое лицо, резидент РФ

   • attach a copy of the main page of your passport and permanent registration page;
   • attach a copy of your SNILS;
   • enter the TIN.

   Физическое лицо, нерезидент РФ

   If you are a non-resident of the Russian Federation but a tax resident of the Russian Federation:

   • attach a copy of your passport or ID;
   • attach a copy of one of the documents to confirm tax residency: residence permit, residence permit, workplace certificate.

   If you are a non-resident of the Russian Federation and not a tax resident of the Russian Federation, you can participate in the Partner program only if you provide attraction services on the territory of your state. Create a ticket and request a list of documents.

   Юридическое лицо

   If you are a resident of the Russian Federation and use the simplified taxation system, attach a document confirming the simplified taxation system: Form No. 26.2-1 with a stamp from the tax authority or Form No. 26.2-7.

   If you are a non-resident of the Russian Federation, attach a copy of your tax residency certificate — a certificate of a resident of a country that has concluded a double taxation treaty with the Russian Federation to exempt the payment of VAT in the Russian Federation.

   ИП или государственные организации с УСН

   Attach a document confirming the simplified taxation system: Form No. 26.2-1 with a stamp from the tax authority or Form No. 26.2-7.

5. Read the Referral Policy and the terms of the Referral Program Agreement.

   If you are a legal entity or sole proprietor, make sure that the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/EGRIP contains OKVED code 82.99 "Activities of providing other business support services not included in other groupings". If there is no OKVED, Selectel is not at risk for administrative penalties.

6. Click Register.

7. If you are an individual, the referral link will be created automatically.

8. If you are a legal entity, sole proprietorship or state organization with a simplified taxation system, we will check your documents within two working days.

9. Share the referral link with a new client. The link can be viewed in control panel: in the upper right corner open the menu (account number) → select Partner Program → section Overview → block Referral Link → click .

10. When a client registers in my.selectel.ru control panel, they will become your referral.

If the client registered not through a referral link⁠

You can add a client as your referral within seven days of their registration, even if they didn't register through a referral link.

Create a ticket and provide customer details:

• The full name or title of the legal entity;
• account number;
• the date of enrollment.
