Join an affiliate program

Join the program⁠

1. Register in the my.selectel.ru control panel.

2. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Billing.

3. Go to the Affiliate Program section.

4. Click Become a Member.

5. Specify the data depending on the type of account:

   Natural person, resident of the Russian Federation

   • attach a copy of the main page of your passport and permanent registration page;
   • attach a copy of your SNILS;
   • enter the TIN.

   Natural person, non-resident of the Russian Federation

   If you are a non-resident of the Russian Federation but a tax resident of the Russian Federation:

   • attach a copy of your passport or ID;
   • attach a copy of one of the documents to confirm tax residency: residence permit, residence permit, workplace certificate.

   If you are a non-resident of the Russian Federation and not a tax resident of the Russian Federation, you can participate in the affiliate program only if you provide attraction services on the territory of your state. Create a ticket and request a list of documents.

   Legal entity

   If you are a resident of the Russian Federation and use the simplified taxation system, attach a document confirming the simplified taxation system: Form No. 26.2-1 with a stamp from the tax authority or Form No. 26.2-7.

   If you are a non-resident of the Russian Federation, attach a copy of your tax residency certificate — a certificate of a resident of a country that has concluded a double taxation treaty with the Russian Federation to exempt the payment of VAT in the Russian Federation.

   IE or state organizations with simplified taxation system

   Attach a document confirming the simplified taxation system: Form No. 26.2-1 with a stamp from the tax authority or Form No. 26.2-7.

6. Read the Client Referral Policy and the terms and conditions of the Referral Program Agreement.

   If you are a legal entity or sole proprietor, make sure that the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/EGRIP contains OKVED code 82.99 "Activities of providing other business support services not included in other groupings". If there is no OKVED, Selectel is not at risk for administrative fines.

7. Click Sign Up.

8. If you are an individual, the referral link will be created automatically.

9. If you are a legal entity, sole proprietorship or state organization with a simplified taxation system, we will check your documents within two working days.

10. Share the referral link with a new client. The link can be viewed in the control panel: in the upper right corner open the menu (account number) → select Affiliate Program → Overview section → Referral link block → click .

11. When the client registers in the my.selectel.ru control panel, he will become your referral.

If the client registered not through a referral link⁠

You can add a client as your referral within seven days of their registration, even if they did not register through a referral link.

Create a ticket and specify the customer's details:

• The full name or title of the legal entity;
• account number;
• the date of enrollment.
