Transfer funds between balances

If your account has balances by service type, you can transfer funds between them:

  • funds of any type from the main balance to service balances;
  • available funds from a service balance to the main balance. You cannot transfer bonuses from service balances to the main balance.

You cannot transfer funds between service balances; to do this, return the funds to the main balance and then transfer them to the required service balance.

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Billing.
  2. Go to the Billing Overview section.
  3. In the Balance block, click Transfer funds between balances.
  4. Select From.
  5. Select To.
  6. Enter the transfer amount.
  7. Click Transfer.
