Refund unused money upon contract termination

You can refund the balance of primary funds on your account. Refunds are processed within five business days. If the bank requests additional information or documents confirming the payment, we will contact you via ticket. In this case, the refund period will be extended.

The amount of primary funds on your balance may not match the amount in the reconciliation report. The difference arises from funds that have already been debited to pay for services but have not yet been closed by documents, as the paid service period does not coincide with the calendar month. In the reconciliation report, these funds will be listed as debt, but in fact, they have already been spent on services.

When refunding money deposited via a bank card, we may additionally request a copy of your bank statement for that card.

Refund a bank card payment

A card payment can be refunded no later than six months from the payment date. The card used for the payment must be valid at the time of the refund. If the card is no longer valid, the refund must be processed via the regular refund procedure.

The time it takes for money to be credited to your card depends on the issuing bank.

Refunds are only available for accounts registered to individuals.

For a partial refund or to cancel an entire payment to a card, create a ticket and specify:

  • the payment system used for the payment;
  • the refund amount;
  • transaction number and date (the number is provided in the email sent from no-reply@ypmn.ru at the time of payment).

Transfer money to third parties

Money cannot be refunded to third parties. Funds are only refunded to the Account Owner (the person with whom the contract is signed).

Exceptions include cases of reorganization or liquidation of a legal entity, where the rights and obligations of the Account Owner may be transferred to third parties by operation of law or based on legally significant documents.
