Auto top-up
In order to always have enough money on your balance to pay for products and services, you can set up auto-replenishment of your balance from your bank card for a certain amount.
Notifications about upcoming, successful and unsuccessful debits (for example, there is not enough money on the card or there was a technical failure at the bank) will be sent to your e-mail.
You can set up autofill:
- scheduled — replenishment will take place on a certain day of the month;
- balance threshold — replenishment will take place when the amount on the balance drops to the specified value.
To set up autoreplenishment there must be bank card saved. All autofills can use the same bank card.Connect auto refill you can do for each balance:
- for balances by type of service you can activate one scheduled top-up and one top-up by balance threshold;
- single balance sheet you can activate several scheduled top-ups and one by balance threshold.
Save the bank card
So you don't have to enter your card details every time you make a payment or autofill You can save the card. If the card is saved, but auto top-up is not activated, the money will not be debited from the card.
To save the map when top-up check the box Save map. Within 10 minutes the map will appear on the page Auto top-up en bloc My cards.
Selectel does not store bank card data. The data is processed by the payment system of Your Payments international processing center, which uses PCI DSS Level 1 security certificate to protect the data.
Delete bank card
- В control panels in the upper right corner, open the menu (account number) and select the item Balance sheet and payments.
- Go to the section Auto top-up.
