Defer a top-up or payment

Legal entities may defer deposit — money will be credited to the balance according to the letter of guarantee, and you will actually top up the balance later.

Individuals and legal entities may defer payment for certain products — products will continue without blocking if there are insufficient funds on the balance to pay.

Defer top-up

For your information

Only legal entities that have at least once deferred the top-up can do so topped up.

You can have up to five days of grace period. During these five days, you need to top up your balance.

  1. Create a ticket and attach it to the ticket. letter of guarantee with your organization's seal.
  2. Wait for a Selectel employee to respond that the money has been credited to the balance in advance.

Defer payment for products on the list

You can deferred payment for the products on the list:

Deferred payment will allow products to continue without blocking if there are insufficient funds in the balance to pay. The products will continue to operate for four business days. If you do not make a payment by the end of the deferred payment period, all products will be blocked and will continue to be charged. If there is further non-payment, we will remove resources in accordance with the products' SLA.

Deferred payment is available if conditions are met:

  • you are a resident of the Russian Federation;
  • for payment is used single balance;
  • You have spent more than 10,000 ₽ 10,000 ₽ on any grocery bill in the last month;
  • you have a positive balance at the time delay connections.

Connect deferral

  1. В control panels in the upper right corner, open the menu (account number) and select Balance sheet and payments.
  2. Go to the section Deferred payment.
  3. Click Connect deferral.
  4. Check the box I agree to the terms of the contract.
  5. Click Connect.

Deactivate deferral

  1. В control panels in the upper right corner, open the menu (account number) and select Balance sheet and payments.
  2. Go to the section Deferred payment.
  3. Click Disconnect.
