Defer payment for groceries

Individuals and businesses can defer payment for some products — products will continue without blocking if there are insufficient funds in the balance to pay.

Legal entities can also defer top-ups.

Deferred payment will allow products to continue without blocking if there are insufficient funds in the balance to pay.Products will continue to operate on borrowed time for four business days, excluding weekends and holidays.If you do not make payment within four days, all products will be blocked — and will continue to be charged for them.For further non-payment, we will remove resources in accordance with the SLA of the products.

You can activate deferred payment for products on the list:

Deferred payment is available if conditions are met:

  • you are a resident of the Russian Federation;
  • You have spent more than 10,000 ₽ 10,000 ₽ on any grocery bill in the last month;
  • a single balance is used for payment;
  • you have a positive balance at the time you activate the deferral.

Connect deferral

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Billing.
  2. Go to the Deferred Payment section.
  3. Click Connect Delay.
  4. Check the box I agree to the terms and conditions of the contract.
  5. Click Connect.

Deactivate deferral

  1. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Billing.
  2. Go to the Deferred Payment section.
  3. Click Disable.
