  4. Click Save.

Authorization log

You can use the authorization log to see who has used your account and when. If suspicious activity is detected, reset all sessions and change password.

The account owner sees the authorizations of all users in the account. Invited users only see their authorizations. See User and Role Management for details.

  1. From Control Panel, open the menu in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.
  2. Go to Authorization Log.
  3. Optional: to receive information about new authorizations to email, check the box Send authorization notifications to email.

Reset sessions

  1. From Control Panel, open the menu in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.
  2. Go to Sessions.
  3. Press Reset sessions other than active.

Two-step authentication

Two-step authentication is not available for federated users.

With two-step authentication, you must enter a password and a one-time confirmation code to log into your account. Two-step authentication is enabled by default for all users after they register and fill out a profile. The first time the confirmation code comes in an SMS to the phone number you specified in your profile.

After the first login, you can connect another way to receive a one-time confirmation code. You can get the code:

  • in authenticator-app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. You can get the code even if there is no internet or cellular network on your device;
  • SMS — the message comes to the phone number you specified in your profile. You can change phone number to receive SMS.

Disable two-step authentication in the control panel and only the Account Owner can re-enable it. For users with other roles two-step authentication is always enabled, the user can only choose how to receive the code.

You can create backup codes that can replace a confirmation code from a text message or authenticator app if you lose access to a phone number or device with an authenticator app. If you have lost the backup codes or used all the codes, you can update them in the control panel.

If neither method of obtaining a confirmation code is available to you, disable two-step authentication.

Connect login via the authenticator application

You can use any authenticator application, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.

  1. From Control Panel, open the menu in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.
  2. Go to Double Step Authentication.
  3. Turn on the toggle switch Code Generation Application.
  4. To confirm the two-step authentication connection, enter the user password. If you enter your password incorrectly three times, the session will be terminated and the two-step authentication connection will be locked for 24 hours.
  5. Press Confirm.
  6. If you don't have an authenticator app, download one.
  7. Scan the QR code in any authenticator app. If you can't scan the code, enter the secret key in the app.
  8. Enter the six-digit code generated in the application.
  9. Press Connect.

Connect login via SMS

The confirmation code is sent by SMS to the phone number you specified in your profile.

You can change phone number for two-step authentication.

  1. From Control Panel, open the menu in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.
  2. Go to Double Step Authentication.
  3. Activate the Message to phone number toggle switch.

  5. Press Confirm.
  6. Enter the six-digit confirmation code sent by SMS. The confirmation code is valid for five minutes. After one minute, you can request a new confirmation code.
  7. Press Connect.

  2. Go to Double Step Authentication.

  5. Press Confirm.
  6. Write down or print the codes — they will be hidden after the page refreshes. Keep backup codes in a safe place.

  2. Email your documents to payment@selectel.ru.

  3. If there are any questions, we will request additional documents.
