Restore account access

If you have trouble accessing your account, you can restore access:

Change password

The password can be changed by a user with any role.

If you have lost access to the email address you used when you registered, change email address.

  1. On the Control Panel login page, click Forgotten Password?.

  2. Enter the account number. It's available for viewing:

    • in the purpose of payment of the payment order;
    • acts of work performed;
    • notices no-reply@selectel.ru.
  3. Enter the email address you used to register.

  4. Press Reset Password.

  5. We will send an email to the email address provided. In the email, click Reset Password. Password reset is active for one hour. The password reset link can be accessed once.

  6. On the password reset page, enter a new password and confirm it.

  7. Click Change Password.

  8. We will send an email to the email you used to register to notify you that your password has been changed. The notification does not contain a password.

  9. If you have two-step authentication enabled, enter the code.

Change your e-mail address to

If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner — they should remove you from the user list and add a new user with the correct details.

If you are the Account Owner, you can change your email address.

  1. Prepare the paperwork:

    • TIN/VAT of the organization;
    • document confirming the authority of the person who signed the application for restoration of access (for the General Director — a copy of the order or resolution on appointment, for other persons — a power of attorney);
    • application by template.
  2. Provide the documents you have prepared. If you have previously defined a submission method in the control panel, you can only use it. If you have not determined the method of submission, you may submit documents:

    • to email payment@selectel.ru;
    • in person at company office;
    • via EDI — only for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Russian Federation, and government agencies.
  3. We may request additional documents to enhance the security of the account access restoration procedure.

Disable two-step authentication if there is no access to the control panel

If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner — they should remove you from the user list and add a new user with the correct details.

If you are the Account Owner, two-step authentication can be disabled.

  1. Prepare the paperwork:

    • TIN/VAT of the organization;
    • document confirming the authority of the person who signed the application for restoration of access (for the General Director — a copy of the order or resolution on appointment, for other persons — a power of attorney);
    • application at шаблону.
  2. Email your documents to payment@selectel.ru.

  3. If there are any questions, we will request additional documents.
