Delete account
Only the Account Owner can submit a request to delete an account.

Before submitting a request:
- refuse active services;
- pay down debt;
- issue a refund for unused money;
- delete bank card.

From Control Panel, open the menu in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.

Go to Profile.

In the Delete Account box, click Request Account Deletion.

In the pre-filled ticket, in the Message field, indicate the reason for deleting the account.

Click Create Ticket.

Once we have verified your request, we will delete the account.
