Delete account

Only the Account Owner can submit a request to delete an account.

  1. Before submitting a request:

  2. From Control Panel, open the menu in the upper right corner and select Profile & Settings.

  3. Go to Profile.

  4. In the Delete Account box, click Request Account Deletion.

  5. In the pre-filled ticket, in the Message field, indicate the reason for deleting the account.

  6. Click Create Ticket.

  7. Once we have verified your request, we will delete the account.
