Delete account
Only the Account Owner can submit a request to delete an account.

Before submitting a request:
- refuse active services;
- pay off the debt;
- issue a refund for unused money;
- delete the bank card.

In control panel in the upper right corner, open the menu (account number) and select the item Profile and settings.

Go to the section Profile.

In the block Account Deletion click Request account deletion.

In the pre-filled ticket in the field Message state the reason for deleting the account.

Click Create a ticket.

Once we have verified your request, we will delete the account.
