Delete account

Only the Account Owner can submit a request to delete an account.

1. Before submitting a request:

   • refuse active services;
   • pay off the debt;
   • issue a refund for unused money.;
   • remove the bank card.

2. In the control panel, on the top menu, click Account.

3. Go to the Security section.

4. In the Delete Account block, click Request De letion.

5. Enter the reason for deleting the account.

6. Click Submit Request. After we verify your request, we will delete the account.
