Change your profile or company details
An account profile contains information about the account and the user under which you are logged into the account. Only the Account Owner or User Administrator can modify other users' data, see the instructions for more details Change user data or role.
The information that you provide in your profile is the information you provide when you registrations. The set of data in the profile and the possibility to change them after registration depend on the like an account и user roles:
- if you have a business account, you can, uh. change company details;
- for any type of account, the ability to change your data depends on whether you are the Account Owner.
Change company details
Users with the roles Account Owner, Account Administrator, Billing Administrator, User Administrator, and Project Administrator can submit a data change request.
To change TIN/VAT register a new account with a different TIN/VAT и transfer services to it.. After the transfer of services delete the old account.
Without signing up for a new account, you can change:
- the name and shape of the company;
- bank details;
- registered office;
- OGRN;
- CHECKPOINT.
To change this data, file a ticket.
Change Name
If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner, they should unlist you и add a new user with the correct data.
You can only change the Account Owner's full name if there is a spelling error or if the Account Owner's full name has changed.
The ability to change the Account Owner depends on the type of account, see the instructions for details Change user data and role.
- Create a ticket.
- Select the subject of the appeal Account and contract.
- Attach a copy of your passport spread with personal data or a certificate of change of name or surname.
Change phone number
The way you change your phone number depends on whether you are an Account Owner.

The method of changing the Account Holder's phone number depends on whether you have access to the email or phone number that is listed in your profile, see the subsection for details Change phone number instructions Safety.
- В control panels from the top menu, press Account.
- Go to the section Safety.
- In the block Account details on the line Phone click Modify.
- Click Create a ticket.
- Enter a new phone number.
- Click Create a ticket.
- Wait for a reply in the ticket. The mail will be changed after verification.
