Change profile data
An account profile contains information about the account and the user.
The information that will be listed in the profile is what you provide at the time of registrations. After registration, you can add to or change the profile data. The set of data and their modification depends on like an account and user roles:
- for a business account can change company details;
- for the Account Holder can change your phone number and e-mail address and in the event of a mistake or a change of name, you can change name;
- other users should contact the Account Holder to change their data — the Account Holder should unlist you and add a new user with the correct data.

Change company details
To change TIN/VAT register a new account with a different TIN/VAT and transfer services to it.. After the transfer of services delete the old account.
Without signing up for a new account, you can change:
- the name and shape of the company;
- registered office;
- OGRN;
- CHECKPOINT.
To change this data, file a ticket.
Users with the roles Account Owner, Account Administrator, Billing Administrator, User Administrator, and Project Administrator can submit a data change request.
Change your phone number and e-mail address
If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner — they should unlist you and add a new user with the correct data.
The account holder can request the support team to change their phone number and email address via a ticket. If you do not have access to the control panel, regain access.
- Create a ticket.
- Select the subject of the address: Account and contract.
- We will send you a confirmation code to verify the authenticity of your request.
- Once verified, we will update the data.
Change Name
If you are not the Account Owner, contact the Account Owner, they should unlist you and add a new user with the correct data.
You can only change the Account Owner's full name if there is a spelling error or if the Account Owner's full name has changed.

- Create a ticket.
- Select the subject of the address: Account and contract.
- Attach a copy of your passport spread with personal data or a certificate of change of name or surname.
