Exclude the cloud server from the placement group

When excluded from a placement group, the cloud server will not be deleted or change location — it will remain on the same host.

A server may migrate to another host when server configuration change or infrastructure optimization by Selectel.

  1. In Control Panel, go to Cloud Platform → Servers.
  2. Open the Location Groups tab.
  3. Open the group card.
  4. In the cloud server line, click .
  5. Enter the server name to confirm the deletion.
  6. Press Delete.
