Selectel's cloud platform is a managed public cloud in one of the pools. To work with the cloud platform you need to create a project — An isolated cloud with resources that can be scaled.
You can work with the cloud server in control panel through OpenStack CLI or Terraform.
The product supports user types and roles, projects and project limits and quotas.
