When you paste an object from the clipboard, it replaces the object in the target container without warning.

Copy within a container⁠

  1. In Control Panel, go to Object Storage → Containers.
  2. Open the Objects tab.
  3. To copy a single object, from the object menu, click Copy.
  4. To copy multiple objects, mark each object and click Copy.
  5. Open the target folder in the container and click Paste to Current Folder.

Copy to another container⁠

  1. In Control Panel, go to Object Storage → Containers.
  2. Open the Objects tab.
  3. To copy a single object, from the object menu, click Copy.
  4. To copy multiple objects, mark each object and click Copy.
  5. Open the container page → Objects tab.
  6. Optional: create a destination folder in the container, navigate to it, and click Paste to current folder.
