Add node group labels

Adding labels is not available in Managed Kubernetes clusters on a dedicated server.
Labels help to distinguish nodes of one group from nodes of another group when working through the kubectl.
- В control panels go to Cloud platform → Kubernetes.
- Open the cluster page → tab Cluster composition.
- In the node group menu select Tag management.
- Enter the key and value of the label.
- Optional: press Addto add an additional tag.
