Once the file storage is deleted, the data cannot be restored.

For your information

If you connected file storage before June 13, 2023 through technical support, to remove the storage, create a ticket. If you have previously paid for a month of storage usage, once disconnected, the funds will not be refunded. The instructions describe how to delete a file store when it is created in the control panel.

  1. Disable file storage.
  2. In Control Panel, go to Cloud Platform → File Storage.
