Change administrator password in Trino cluster

The administrator password is required to connect to the cluster. The password is set when creating a cluster, but you can change it after the cluster is created.

  1. In the Control Panel, in the top menu, click Products and select Trino.

  2. Open the cluster page → Configuration tab.

  3. In the Administrator details block, click .

  4. Enter a new password or click Generate. The password must contain:

    • at least eight characters;
    • uppercase and lowercase Latin letters;
    • digits;
    • special characters — @, $, !, %, *, ?, &.

  5. Copy and save the password — you will not be able to view it in the control panel after saving.

  6. Click .

  7. Change the password in your application.
