Connect to 1C

Web client

1. Open the connection URL in a browser. You can find it in the Control Panel: in the top menu, click Products → Managed 1C in the Cloud → Infobases section → infobase page → Connection tab → Thin Client / WEB → the Internet connection address field.
2. Authorize in 1C.

Thin client

1. If you are connecting for the first time, set up the connection to 1C.
2. If you are connecting over a private network from Selectel infrastructure, connect to the cloud server where the thin client is installed.
3. Open the thin client.
4. Open the database.
5. Authorize in 1C.

Thick client (Configurator)

1. If you are connecting for the first time, set up the connection to 1C.
2. If you are connecting over a private network from Selectel infrastructure, connect to the cloud server where the thick client is installed.
3. Open the thick client.
4. Open the database.
5. Authorize in 1C.
