Connect to 1C

Web client

1. Open the connection address in your browser; you can find it in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → 1C Enterprise Cloud → section Information Bases → information base page → tab Connection → block Thin Client / WEB.
2. Authorize in 1C.

Thin client

1. If you are connecting for the first time, set up a connection to 1C.
2. If you are connecting via a private network from Selectel infrastructure, connect to the cloud server that has the thin client installed.
3. Open the thin client.
4. Open the database.
5. Authorize in 1C.

Thick client (Configurator)

1. If you are connecting for the first time, set up a connection to 1C.
2. If you are connecting via a private network from Selectel infrastructure, connect to the cloud server that has the thick client installed.
3. Open the thick client.
4. Open the database.
5. Authorize in 1C.
