Add an infobase to the client

The data for adding a base to the client varies depending on how you connect to 1C — via a private network from Selectel infrastructure or over the internet.

Over a private network

1. Connect to the cloud server where the thin or thick client is installed.

2. Launch the thin or thick client.

3. Click Add.

4. Select Add an existing infobase to the list.

5. Select the base location option On the 1C:Enterprise server.

6. In the Server cluster field, paste the connection address. You can copy it from the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Managed 1C Cloud → Infobases → infobase page → Connection tab → Thick client → Connection address.

7. In the Infobase name field, paste the infobase name. You can find it in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Managed 1C Cloud → Infobases.

8. Click Next.

9. Optional: change the startup parameters.

10. Click Finish.

Over the internet

1. Launch the thin or thick client.

2. Click Add.

3. Select Add an existing infobase to the list.

4. Select the base location option On the 1C:Enterprise server.

5. In the Server cluster field, paste the connection address. You can copy it from the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Managed 1C Cloud → Infobases → infobase page → Connection tab → connection client → Connection address from the Internet field for the thin client or Connection address for the thick client.

6. In the Infobase name field, paste the infobase name. You can find it in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Managed 1C Cloud → Infobases.

7. Click Next.

8. Optional: change the startup parameters.

9. Click Finish.
