# Restart 1C server cluster

The cluster is restarted programmatically without power disconnection. The operating system shuts down correctly and reboots.

During a cluster restart, the information databases attached to it are unavailable. We recommend scheduling maintenance during off-peak hours and [using session locking](/cloud-1c/infobase/manage-infobase-user-sessions.mdx#set-lock) for the information databases.

1. In the [Control panel](https://my.selectel.ru/ones/server), on the top menu click **Products** and select **1C Cloud**.
2. Go to the **1C Server Clusters** section.
3. In the cluster <MoreVerticalIcon /> menu, select **Software reboot**.
