1C Managed Cloud payment model and pricing

Balance

The balance used depends on the type of balances in your account. If your account has a single balance, the fee for the ready-to-use 1C cloud, including license leasing, is deducted from it. If your account has balances by service type, the fee for Cloud Platform resources is deducted from the Cloud Platform balance, and for 1C license leasing — from the primary balance.

You can pay for the ready-to-use 1C cloud with different funds types: primary funds or bonus points.

Before paying, top up the balance.

Payment model

The following are charged in 1C Managed Cloud:

  • cloud platform resources — 1C server cluster configuration, PostgreSQL database cluster configuration, volume of created backups for infobases;
  • 1C server and user licenses, if you rent them from us.

Cloud Platform resources are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Every hour, funds for the previous hour of using Cloud Platform resources are deducted from the balance.

1C licenses are paid for monthly according to the tariff plan. The first paid month starts on the date the licenses are activated, and then the fee is automatically charged at the beginning of each subsequent month.

Internal and external traffic is not metered.

Blocking resources if there are insufficient funds on the balance

If there are insufficient funds on the balance at the time of debiting, all Cloud Platform resources will be automatically suspended, while charges for them will continue to accrue.

To restore access to resources, top up the balance with the debt amount within 14 days after suspension. The debt for resources billed during the suspension period will be paid off automatically. Projects are not suspended — you can delete the entire project or resources via the API.

If you do not top up your balance by the amount of debt, the resources will be deleted:

  • 1C server clusters and database clusters — 14 days after blocking;
  • infobase backups — 30 days after blocking.

Projects are not deleted in this case.

To avoid missing balance top-ups, you can configure balance status notifications.

View consumption

You can view the cost of your infrastructure, resource consumption, and payments in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Ready-to-use 1C Cloud → Platform Consumption section.

Consumption and payment charts

You can view resource consumption and payment charts in the control panel: in the top menu, click Products → Ready-to-use 1C Cloud → Platform Consumption section.

You can view consumption and payment for specific projects, resources, or pools, and sort them by time period.

To export consumption and payment details in .csv format, click Download CSV and select how rows will be grouped in the export (by hour, day, week, month, year).

All resource suspensions are displayed on the consumption and payment charts (the Consumed and Paid tabs).
