# 1C Managed Cloud payment model and pricing

## Balance \{#balance}

The balance used depends on the type of balances in your account. If your account has a [unified balance](/balance-and-payments/balance.mdx#united-balance), the fee for 1C Managed Cloud, including license rental, is deducted from it. If your account has [balances by service type](/balance-and-payments/balance#balances-by-service-type), the fee for cloud platform resources is deducted from the cloud platform balance, and the fee for 1C license rental — from the main balance.

You can pay for 1C Managed Cloud using different [types of funds](/balance-and-payments/balance.mdx#funds-types): basic funds or bonuses.

Before paying, [top up your balance](/balance-and-payments/manage/top-up-balance.mdx).

## Payment model \{#payment-model}

The following are charged in 1C Managed Cloud:

* cloud platform resources — 1C server cluster configuration, PostgreSQL database cluster configuration, volume of created backups for infobases;
* 1C server and user licenses, if you rent them from us.

Cloud platform resources are billed using the pay-as-you-go model. Funds are deducted from the balance every hour for the previous hour of [cloud platform resource usage](/access-control/projects/about-projects.mdx#selectel-products-that-support-projects).

1C licenses are paid for monthly according to the tariff plan. The first paid month starts on the date the licenses are activated, and then the fee is automatically charged at the beginning of each subsequent month.

Internal and external traffic is not metered.

## Blocking resources if there are insufficient funds on the balance \{#insufficient-funds}

If there are insufficient funds on the balance at the time of debit, all [cloud platform resources](/access-control/projects/about-projects.mdx#selectel-products-that-support-projects) will be automatically blocked — however, they will continue to be charged.

To restore access to resources, you need to [top up your balance](/balance-and-payments/manage/top-up-balance.mdx) by the amount of debt within 14 days after blocking. The debt for resources metered during the blocking period will be automatically cleared. Projects are not blocked — you can delete the entire project or individual resources via API.

If you do not top up your balance by the amount of debt, the resources will be deleted:

* 1C server clusters and database clusters — 14 days after blocking;
* infobase backups — 30 days after blocking.

[Projects](/access-control/projects/about-projects.mdx) are not deleted in this case.

To avoid missing balance top-ups, you can [configure balance notifications](/balance-and-payments/manage/balance-notifications.mdx).

## View consumption \{#view-consumption}

You can view your infrastructure cost, consumption, and resource charges in the [control panel](https://my.selectel.ru/vpc/cost/): in the top menu, click **Products** → **1C Managed Cloud** → **Platform consumption**.

### Consumption and payment charts \{#consumption-and-payment-charts}

Consumption and payment charts for resources can be viewed in the [control panel](https://my.selectel.ru/vpc/cost/): in the top menu, click **Products** → **1C Managed Cloud** → **Platform consumption**.

You can view consumption and payment for specific projects, resources, or pools, and sort them by time period.

To export the consumption and payment breakdown in `.csv` format, click **Download CSV** and choose how rows should be grouped in the export (by hours, days, weeks, months, or years).

All [resource locks](#insufficient-funds) are displayed on consumption and payment charts ( **Consumed** and **Paid** tabs).

## Prices \{#prices}

Prices for cloud platform resources and 1C license rental can be found on [selectel.ru](https://selectel.ru/prices/).

## Accounting documents \{#billing-documents}

After payment, you can [obtain accounting documents](/balance-and-payments/accounting-documents.mdx).
