Astra Linux Special Edition is a certified OS with built-in information security features (ISP) for working with confidential information. More details in Astra Linux documentation.

You can order Astra Linux OS installation service from us or purchase Astra Linux license and install the OS manually from its image on your server. We provide Astra Linux Special Edition OS of versions "Orel" 1.8, "Voronezh" 1.8, "Smolensk" 1.8.

To install Astra Linux OS on several servers, order the OS installation service for each server.

If you no longer need Astra Linux OS, cancel the service. If you refused to place a dedicated server in A-DDC, there is no automatic cancellation of Astra Linux OS - cancel the service yourself.

Cost

The service of access to Astra Linux OS is paid separately from the tariff plan of a dedicated server. Prices for Astra Linux OS can be viewed at selectel.ru.

Papers

Documents are available upon request for certified versions of Astra Linux OS:

  • installation act;
  • form.

For a non-certified version of the OS, no documents are provided.

Order Astra Linux OS installation service

  1. Create a ticket with a request to order Astra Linux installation service. In the request specify the version of Astra Linux OS and the number of servers on which you need to install the OS.

  2. If the OS will be installed on a server that you have already placed in A-DDC earlier, Selectel employee will specify a convenient time for you.

  3. Wait for a Selectel employee to respond that Astra Linux is installed on your server.

Install Astra Linux OS

You can request an Astra Linux OS installation if you have another OS installed on your server or need to reinstall Astra Linux.

  1. Create a ticket with a request to install Astra Linux.

  2. Agree on a time convenient for you to install the OS in the ticket.

  3. Optional: To avoid losing data on the server, save or back up your data before installing the OS.

  4. Wait for a Selectel employee to respond that Astra Linux is installed on your server.

Cancel the service

The service after the failure will be valid until the end of the paid period. During this period you can use Astra Linux OS, but by the end of the paid period another OS must be installed on the server.

  1. Optional: if Astra Linux is installed on the server, install another OS.

  2. Create a ticket with a request to cancel the service of access to Astra Linux OS.

  3. If you still have Astra Linux installed on your server, a Selectel employee will specify a convenient time for you to install another OS. Make sure that you have saved the data on the server.

  4. Wait for a Selectel employee to respond that the Astra Linux installation access service has been disabled.
