Selectel provides the Certified Data Center Segment service under the following documents:
- User Agreement;
- Terms of Use for Services;
- Terms of Use for Specific Services: Provision of Dedicated Server and Custom Dedicated Server;
- Terms of Use for Specific Services: Certified Data Center Segment;
- Terms of Use for Specific Services: Access to Information Security Tools.
Documents for information system certification
For the certification of information systems hosted on dedicated servers in A-DC, Selectel provides:
- an extract from the document "Threat and Intruder Model for Data Center Engineering Infrastructure Information Security Provided as Part of the 'Certified Data Center Segment' Service of Joint Stock Company Selectel" (template);
- an installation certificate for information security tools (template);
- a rack equipment layout diagram (template).
To receive the documents, submit a ticket.
Personal data processing order
A-DC complies with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" — you can store and process users' personal data up to the first security level (UZ-1).
Conclude a personal data processing order

Submit a ticket requesting the execution of a personal data processing agreement.

Wait for a Selectel specialist to respond that the agreement is ready. We will send the agreement to you for signing in hard copy or via EDM.
