Legal documents
Selectel provides the A-DC service based on the following documents:
- User Agreement;
- Rules for using services and facilities;
- Terms of use for individual services: Provision of a dedicated server and a custom configuration dedicated server;
- Terms of use for individual services: Certified DC Segment;
- Terms of use for individual services: Access to information security tools.
Documents for information system certification
For the certification of information systems hosted on dedicated servers in A-DC, Selectel provides:
- an excerpt from the document "Threat and Security Violator Model for Data Center Engineering Infrastructure Provided as Part of the 'Certified DC Segment' Service of Selectel Joint Stock Company" (template);
- an installation certificate for information security tools (template);
- a rack equipment placement diagram (template).
To receive these documents, create a ticket.
Personal data processing order
A-DC complies with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" — you can store and process users' personal data up to the first security level (UZ-1).
Conclude a personal data processing order

Create a ticket requesting a personal data processing order.

Wait for a Selectel employee to confirm that the order has been prepared. We will send the order to you for signature in paper form or via EDM.
