## Personal data processing order \{#instruction-for-personal-data-processing}

A-DC complies with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" — you can store and process users' personal data up to the first security level (UZ-1).

### Conclude a personal data processing order \{#to-enter-into-personal-data-processing-agreement}

1. [Create a ticket](https://slc.tl/b441s) requesting a personal data processing order.

2. Wait for a Selectel employee to confirm that the order has been prepared. We will send the order to you for signature in paper form or [via EDM](/account/electronic-document-management.mdx).
