- User agreement;
- Rules for using services;
- Terms of use of individual services: Cloud Platform service group;
- Terms of use of individual services: Access to information security features.
Documents for information system certification
For certification of information systems hosted in the certified cloud, we provide:
- Compliance certificate for the cloud platform segment;
- an excerpt from the document "Information Security Threat Model of the information system 'Certified Selectel Cloud Platform'";
- if additional information security services are used — serial numbers and special security marks.
To receive these documents, create a ticket.
Personal data processing order
The Certified Cloud complies with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" — you can store and process users' personal data up to the first level of protection (UZ-1).
To conclude a personal data processing order, create a ticket.
We will prepare the order and send it to you for signature: in paper form or via electronic document management.
