We provide the Certified Cloud service based on the following documents:
- User Agreement;
- Terms of Use for Services;
- Terms of Use for Individual Services: Cloud Platform Service Group;
- Terms of Use for Individual Services: Access to Information Protection Tools.
Documents for information system certification
For certification of information systems hosted in the certified cloud, we provide:
- Certificate of compliance for the Cloud Platform segment;
- an excerpt from the document "Information Security Threat Model of the information system 'Certified Selectel Cloud Platform'";
- if additional information security services are used — serial numbers and special security marks.
To obtain the documents, create a ticket.
Personal data processing order
The Certified Cloud complies with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" — you can store and process users' personal data up to the first level of protection (UZ-1).
To enter into a personal data processing agreement, create a ticket.
We will prepare the document and send it to you for signing: in hard copy or via EDM.
