General information about the certified cloud

A certified cloud is IT infrastructure based on Cloud Platform resources, which is located in the certified gis-1a and gis-2a segments and is intended for hosting information systems with high information protection requirements.

Complies with the requirements of regulatory documents:

  • FSTEC Order of Russia dated April 11, 2025 No. 117;
  • Order of the FSTEC of Russia dated February 18, 2013 No. 21;
  • Guidance document: Automated systems. Protection against unauthorized access to information. Classification of automated systems and requirements for information protection. Approved by the decision of the Chairman of the State Technical Commission under the President of the Russian Federation dated March 30, 1992.

The requirements of regulatory documents are met taking into account the distribution of areas of responsibility.

The certified cloud is suitable for hosting:

  • state information systems (GIS) up to the first security class (K1) inclusive;
  • personal data information systems (ISPDn) up to the first security level (UZ-1) inclusive;
  • automated systems of security class 1G.

In a certified cloud, you share physical server resources with other clients. To organize infrastructure that is isolated from other clients, use a Certified Data Center Segment or a Private Pool Segment.

You can configure network connectivity between infrastructure in the certified segment and other products using the Global Router.

When hosting infrastructure in the certified cloud, you can connect additional information security services:

The product supports user types and roles, projects and project limits and quotas.

Areas of responsibility

Selectel is responsible for the physical security of the infrastructure, security of the hardware platform, security of the network infrastructure, and security of the virtualization platform.

Selectel is not responsible for the operation of system and application software on virtual servers, administration, or security related to logical access to the information system.

Cost

Depending on the type of balance in your account, the united balance or Cloud Platform balance is used for payment. Before ordering a service, top up your balance.
