View the status of a CDN resource

  1. In the Control Panel, on the top menu, click Products and select CDN.
  2. In the CDN Resources section, in the resource line, look at the status of the resource . If you have changed the settings, but the status of the resource does not change for a long time, create a ticket.

CDN resource statuses

PROCESSINGA CDN resource is created or settings are applied to it
ACTIVECDN resource is up and running and available for modification
ERRORAn error occurred in the operation of the CDN resource. To fix the error, create a ticket
INACTIVECDN resource disabled
