added the option to change the content delivery optimization type after creating a CDN resource;
added the option to select a file compression algorithm;
added the option for search indexing management.

April

updated the Control Panel:
- updated the CDN resource creation form;
- added settings for connecting to a CDN resource via HTTP and HTTPS;
- added the option to configure the origin weight and the number of connection retry attempts if a CDN resource has several origins;
- added the option to configure the HTTP connection with the origin;
- moved the upload and issuance of certificates to the Certificates for CDN resources section;
- expanded settings for CORS checks on the CDN side.
