Network disk payment and pricing model

Last update:

Balance

A single balance or master balance is used to pay for network disks, depending on the type of balance.

You can pay for resources with different types of funds: basic funds or bonuses.

Top up your balance before paying.

Payment Model

For network drives, the pay-as-you-go payment model is used.Every hour, your balance is deducted for the previous hour of network drive usage.

note

For example, a network disk was created at 13:59.The bill for the hour 13:00-14:00 will count the full hour of disk usage.

Network disk charges continue to accrue even if the network disk is not connected to the dedicated server, if the server is shut down or blocked.

You pay for each GB of network disk size. The cost depends on the type of network disk, the size of the disk and the pool in which it is located.

You can only increase the size of the disk, see the instructions Change Network Disk Size for details.

You can view the network disk size in the Control Panel: in the top menu, select ProductsDedicated ServersNetwork Disks and StorageNetwork Disks tab.

If you no longer need the disk, disconnect the network drive from the server and remove it.

Blocking if there are insufficient funds on the balance

If there are insufficient funds for payment at the time of debit, network disks will be automatically blocked and disconnected from your servers from the moment of non-payment.You can defer payment for network disks. After deferment is activated, the disks will continue to work in debt for four working days, excluding weekends and holidays. If payment is not made within four days, network disks will be blocked. At the same time, the disks will continue to be charged.

To regain access, you must top up the balance by the amount owed within three days of the lockout.Once the lockout is lifted, the network disk will automatically connect to the server, but you may need to update the ISCI session.

If you do not top up the balance for the amount of the debt within three days after blocking, the network disks will be deleted from the control panel and the data on them will be deleted. After deletion, the network disk can be restored by creating a ticket.

Blocking a dedicated server for non-payment does not affect the ability to manage network disks.

You can set up balance notifications so you don't miss recharges.
