# Join the Partner Program

## Join the program \{#join-program}

1. [Register in the my.selectel.ru control panel](/account/registration.mdx).

2. In the [control panel](https://my.selectel.ru/balance/referral/overview/), on the top menu, click **Billing**.

3. Go to the **Partner Program** section.

4. Click **Become a participant**.

5. Provide data based on your account type:

       * attach a copy of the main page of your passport and the page with permanent registration;
       * attach a copy of your SNILS;
       * enter your INN.

         Individual, non-resident of the Russian Federation
       </TabItemLabel>

       If you are a non-resident of the Russian Federation but a tax resident of the Russian Federation:

       * attach a copy of your passport or ID;
       * attach a copy of one of the documents confirming your tax residency: residence permit, temporary residence permit, or certificate of employment.

       If you are a non-resident of the Russian Federation and not a tax resident of the Russian Federation, you can participate in the Partner program only if you provide attraction services within your state. [Create a ticket](https://my.selectel.ru/tickets/create/) and request a list of documents.

       If you are a resident of the Russian Federation and use the simplified taxation system (STS), attach a document confirming your STS status: form No. 26.2-1 with the tax authority stamp or form No. 26.2-7.

       If you are a non-resident of the Russian Federation, attach a copy of your tax residency certificate—a certificate of residence from a country that has a double taxation agreement with the Russian Federation to exempt you from paying VAT in the Russian Federation.

       Attach a document confirming your STS status: form No. 26.2-1 with the tax authority stamp or form No. 26.2-7.

6. Read the [Client Attraction Rules](https://files.selectel.ru/docs/ru/client-acquisition-rules.pdf) and the terms of the [Agreement on participation in the referral program](https://files.selectel.ru/docs/ru/refferal-program.pdf).

   If you are a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, ensure that the EGRUL/EGRIP contains the OKVED code 82.99 "Activities for the provision of other business support services, not elsewhere classified". If the OKVED code is missing, Selectel is not liable for any administrative fines.

7. Click **Register**.

8. Wait for the document verification result. Verification takes up to two business days.

   After verification, the link will be available in the [Control Panel](https://my.selectel.ru/balance/referral/overview/): in the top menu, click **Billing** → **Affiliate Program** → **Overview** → block **Referral link**.

9. Share the referral link with a new client.

   Once the client registers in the [my.selectel.ru](https://my.selectel.ru/) Control Panel, they will become your referral.

## If a client did not register using a referral link \{#if-registered-not-by-referral-link}

You can add a client as your referral within seven days of their registration, even if they did not register using a referral link.

[Create a ticket](https://my.selectel.ru/tickets/create/) and provide the client's details:

* Full name or name of the legal entity;
* account number;
* registration date.
