# Postpone balance replenishment

Only legal entities that have topped up their balance at least once can [postpone balance replenishment](/balance-and-payments/manage/top-up-balance.mdx).

If you have deferred the balance replenishment, funds will be credited to the balance via a letter of guarantee. In effect, you will top up the balance later.

Individuals and legal entities can also [postpone payment for certain products](/balance-and-payments/manage/postpone-payment.mdx).

You can request up to five days of deferment, during which you need to top up your balance.

1. [Create a ticket](https://my.selectel.ru/tickets/create) and attach a [guarantee letter](https://files.selectel.ru/docs/ru/guarantee.docx) with your organization's seal to the ticket.
2. Wait for a Selectel employee to confirm that the funds have been credited to your balance as an advance payment.
