Manage AI Router API keys

Authorized access to the AI router is managed via API keys. When creating an AI router, one API key is automatically created.

You can add additional API keys, rename them, change limits, temporarily disable and delete them.

Add an API key

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select AI Router.
  2. In the AI Router section, open the AI Router page → tab Keys and limits.
  3. Click Add key.
  4. Enter a name for the key.
  5. Click Create. The API key can only be viewed once after creation — copy and save it.

Change an API key limit

An API key limit is a monetary amount in rubles within which you restrict the use of the key. By default, the limit for each API key is zero—you can use the key without restrictions as long as there are funds in your balance.

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select AI Router.
  2. In the AI Router section, open the AI Router page → tab Keys and limits.
  3. In the key menu, select Change limit.
  4. Enter a new limit value in rubles.
  5. Click .

Rename an API key

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select AI Router.
  2. In the AI Router section, open the AI Router page → tab Keys and limits.
  3. In the key menu, select Rename.
  4. Enter a new name for the key.
  5. Click .

Disable an API key

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select AI Router.
  2. In the AI Router section, open the AI Router page → tab Keys and limits.
  3. In the key row, in the Status field, turn off the toggle switch.

Delete an API key

  1. In the Control panel, on the top menu, click Products and select AI Router.
  2. In the AI Router section, open the AI Router page → tab Keys and limits.
  3. In the key menu, click Delete.
  4. Enter the key name to confirm.
  5. Click Delete.
