# Create an AI router

1. Make sure that after completing [registration](/account/registration.mdx) you [topped up your balance](https://docs.selectel.ru/balance-and-payments/manage/top-up-balance/) with a minimum amount of 200 ₽. This is required to access the service. The money will remain on the balance.
2. In the [control panel](https://my.selectel.ru/ml/default/ai-router), on the top menu, click **Products** and select **AI Router**.
3. In the **AI Router** section, click **Create AI Router**.
4. Enter the name of the AI router.
5. Optional: enter a description.
6. Enter the key name.
7. Click **Create**. The API key can only be viewed once after creation — copy and save it.
