AI Router Payment Model and Prices

Last update:

Balance

To pay for the AI Router, a unified balance or master balance is used, depending on the account balance type.

The service can be paid for using different types of funds: basic funds or bonuses.

Before paying, top up your balance.

Payment model

The service is paid for using the pay-as-you-go model, once a week on Mondays. Funds for the volume of service consumed over the previous seven calendar days are deducted from the balance.

Blocking if there are insufficient funds on the balance

If there are insufficient funds on the balance to cover the previous week, the AI Router will continue to operate for three days. If you do not top up your balance within this time, the service will be suspended.

To restore the service, top up your balance by the amount of the debt and create a ticket to have the service restored. If the debt is not paid, the API keys will be deleted.

If you expect a delay in fund transfers or are unable to top up your balance, legal entities can request a balance top-up deferral of up to five days. Additionally, you can enable balance notifications and configure automatic balance top-ups.
