Subscribe to and unsubscribe from a notification category

Subscribing to and unsubscribing from a notification category is only possible for email and Telegram bot notifications. For notifications in the control panel, you cannot manage categories. For more information about notifications, see the instructions in Account Notification Center.

Subscribe to a notification category

If the required category is not allowed, contact the Account Owner or a user with the iam.admin role — they must allow this category.

  1. In the control panel, in the upper-right corner, open the menu and click View all.
  2. Go to My notification settings.
  3. In the Channels block, in the row of the required notification channel, click Edit.
  4. Select the checkbox for the notification category.
  5. Click Save.

Unsubscribe from a notification category

  1. In the control panel, in the upper-right corner, open the menu and click View all.
  2. Go to My notification settings.
  3. In the Channels block, in the row of the required notification channel, click Edit.
  4. Clear the checkbox for the notification category.
  5. Click Save.
