Add a project observer

An observer can be added by the Account Owner or a user with the iam.admin role.

  1. In the control panel, in the top menu, click IAM.

  2. Go to the section with the required user type:

    • Control panel users — for users with access to the control panel;
    • Service users — for users with programmatic access without access to the control panel.

  3. Select the user who will be the project observer.

  4. In the user's menu, click Edit.

  5. In the Access settings block:

    5.1. Click Add permission.

    5.2. Select the Projects access scope.

    5.3. Select the project for which you want to make the user an observer.

    5.4. Add the reader role.

  6. Click Save.
