Order and configure Multifactor two-factor authentication

Last update:
  1. Create a ticket to enable the two-factor authentication service Multifactor. Include the following details in your ticket:

    • the number of user licenses for the system (at least five licenses);
    • the plan — Standard or Extended. The extended plan includes a Telegram chat for technical support, a personal manager, mobile app personalization, and more;
    • whether you need single sign-on (SSO) enabled;
    • full name, phone number, and corporate email of the administrator who will have access to the Multifactor system.
  2. Wait for a response from a Selectel employee confirming that the service has been enabled.

  3. Wait for an email at the address you specified in the ticket in step 1. The email will contain a link to register in the Multifactor control panel and instructions on how to configure two-factor authentication.

  4. Register in the Multifactor control panel using the link in the email. The link is valid for 25 minutes. If you are unable to register within 25 minutes, send a message in your ticket. We will send you an email with a new registration link.

  5. Configure two-factor authentication according to the instructions in the email.
