# Get an application solution

If you rent 1C user licenses from us, you can receive standard 1C application solutions (configurations) free of charge. One application solution is available for each rented user license, with a maximum of five solutions per account. The list of services available after renting licenses is determined by the 1C company and may change periodically.

1. If you do not have an account on the ITS portal yet, [register on the portal](#register-on-its-website).
2. [Create a ticket requesting an application solution](#create-ticket-to-get-configuration).
3. [Download the application solution](#download-configuration).

## 1. Register on the 1C:ITS portal \{#register-on-its-website}

1. Go to the new user registration form on [1C:ITS](https://login.1c.ru/registration).
2. Enter a username.
3. Enter a password.
4. Enter an email address.
5. Enter your details—full name, place of work, city, and phone number.
6. Enter the verification code.
7. Select the checkbox **I agree to the terms of the User Agreement**.
8. Click **Register**.
9. Check your details and click **Save**.
10. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided during registration. Follow the link in the email to complete the registration.

## 2. Create a ticket to request an application solution \{#create-ticket-to-get-configuration}

1. Check that your [profile information](/account/change-profile.mdx) —company details, phone number, and email address—is filled out in your account. For individuals, a TIN must be provided. We will need this information to register the application solution for you or your company.
2. [Create a ticket](https://my.selectel.ru/tickets/create/) and specify:

   * the required application solutions;
   * your username and email on the 1C:ITS portal.

   If the required application solutions are available, we will register them and notify you in the ticket. Registration takes up to seven business days.

## 3. Download the application solution \{#download-configuration}

1. Go to the [1C:Updates](https://releases.1c.ru/total?hideUnavailablePrograms=true) service.
2. Sign in. You will see a list of all 1C software products available to you.
3. To download an application solution, click the value in the **Version number** field.

After registration, you will be able to use 1C services for free, such as 1C:Nomenclature and 1C:Reconciliation. See the list of available services in the [user account on the 1C:ITS portal](https://portal.1c.ru/application/list) under the **Services** section. The list of services available after renting licenses is determined by the 1C company and may change periodically.
